Last minute change!

Hi people,

Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, Kismet has dropped out of the 21activities campaign. But I will be slogging on to make sure things are as successful as possible.

It means that I'm going to need even more support from you to get through this monster campaign! Messsages of support will help, as will donations etc!

May we just take a minute to wish Kismet every success in the future. Thanks for everything.

Race for Life, 9th June, 7pm - 5k @ Silverstone Circuit

Hi again all!! Just a quick update to let you know about Kismet's participation in yet another charity event this year - the Cancer Research 5k Race for Life!

Kismet has wanted to do this for the last 2 years and finally is getting the chance to this year, so she's really really up for the challenge and hoping to raise some significant money for another great cause!

It should be a fantastic day out and an experience all round! I hope you'll all join me in wishing Kismet the best of luck and support throughout!

We will be adding a donation button to this blog and the website in the near future for anyone generous enough to lend their support!

The Lowdown 21 Campaign Launch - 1st April, The Bantam!

Everyone needs a starting point, and dutifully it's been provided here @ the Bantam! An evening for all potential "21-ers" to get together and bounce ideas off eachother, get fired up or just get freaky! 

This is the lauch party for The Lowdown 21 campaign - I understand it will be a FREE ENTRY live music night with food and drink on tap!!

What you, the supporters, can do!

We've had a couple of queries from people generally asking "what do you want from us?".

Well its simple, we want your support! In whatever form it comes, donations (monetary, prizes, objects), feedback, supportive comments, ideas, contacts (other people that may be able to help us) - it really doesn't matter.

We'll be putting a donation button on the site and this blog as soon as we can and will be keeping you up-to-date on the amount of money people have donated to our campaign! At the end (end of August) of the campaign we will be donating all monies raised to the Lowdown and really showing our support for the cause.

2nd Event! Football - 5th April

Hi again all, its been a couple of weeks but we've pretty much managed to sort another event!

Thanks to the help of Mark Kennedy, we've seemingly arranged to take part in The Shoemakers (NTFC supporters) team against the NTFC Multi-disabled team on the 5th April.

Details yet to be 100% confirmed (will post on here as and when) but it's another great looking event which should raise awareness of the campaign!
